"Seller" refers to food item sellers registered on our platform.
"Delivery Partner" means our third-party logistics providers.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration/creating Login ID on our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Order Placement and Acceptance
Orders are considered confirmed once accepted by the seller and a order confirmation receipt is issued to the user.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory issues, fraud, or pricing errors.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable).
Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets.
We may use third-party payment gateways.
Payments will be refunded fully in case of cancellation of the order after/before confirmation due inventory issues, non-delivery of the order, fraud, or any other valid grievance.
6. Delivery Terms
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external conditions.
We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery partner or weather conditions.
Delivery charges or any other charges will be levied over and above the original price of the product that is purchased by the user.
7. Cancellation & Returns
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Food items once delivered cannot be returned.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform (logos, images, text) is intellectual property of Food Besties.

We may use photos/content available on the public forum. All rights go to the respective owner of the property. If you are the rightful owner of any of the content we’ve used and want it removed, kindly e-mail us on foodbesties80@gmail.com and we will remove it right away.
10. Content Removal
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove, block, or disable access to any Content that we, for any reason or no reason, consider to be objectionable, in violation of the Terms or otherwise harmful to the Services or our Customers in our sole discretion. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, we are not obligated to return any of Your Content to you under any circumstances. Further, the Restaurant reserves the right to delete any images and pictures forming part of Customer Content, from such Restaurant's listing page at its sole discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Care and good service is our top most priority but we are just a platform acting as an intermediary connecting users and sellers via our trusted delivery partners and are not responsible for the quality or mis-handling of the product delivered.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
